Heavy Medium Separator

Heavy Medium Shallow Tank Sorting Machine is a kind of tank type sorting equipment which works according to the principle of sinking and floating of different specific gravity materials in heavy medium suspension. Raw coal after pre-screening enters into the sorting tank, and the materials are sorted in the tank body filled with heavy medium suspension liquid. The lighter material rises to the liquid surface and is discharged from the discharge end under the action of horizontal flow; the high specific gravity material which sinks to the bottom is lifted to the gangue discharge port by the scraper to get the products of different specific gravity. The bottom plate of sorting tank is made of Hardox500 high wear-resistant steel plate, and the slideway is made of high chromium cast iron, which greatly increases the service life of the equipment. The range of feeding granularity is 20-200mm, with fewer running parts, smooth operation and low failure rate.
