Cyclone is a kind of equipment that utilizes centrifugal force to separate or classify materials, which is widely used in many industries such as mineral processing, sewage treatment, chemical and food. The main working principle of the cyclone is to feed the material into the cyclone with a certain pressure along the tangential direction through the feeding tube, forming a strong vortex flow. This vortex flow inside the cyclone to produce two spiral flow inside and outside, the inner spiral flow has a negative pressure and inhalation of air, in the center of the axis to form an air column. Different particles in the material are thrown to different spiral flow under the action of centrifugal force, thus realizing separation. The cyclone produced by our company is mainly divided into two kinds: classification cyclone and heavy media cyclone. The cyclone liner is made of high-density alumina ceramics, which has strong wear resistance and long service life.
