Precautions to be taken when using the belt feeder are as follows:

1. before operation ensure that you are familiar with the equipment operating procedures, check the integrity of the conveyor belt and whether the fasteners are firm.
2. Operate in sequence during startup to avoid overloaded startup. During operation, monitor the feed rate to avoid overloading or clogging.
3. Check the wear of the conveyor belt regularly and adjust the tension in time.
4. When stopping the machine, avoid cutting off the power supply immediately, and decelerate gradually until it stops.
5. Keep the equipment clean, avoid material residue.
6. regularly check the electrical system, safety devices and protective facilities to ensure their integrity and effectiveness.
